JET Health — Privacy Policy

JET Health ("the App", "we", "us") is a private, personal health and fitness dashboard operated by an individual user (the "Owner") for their own use. The App integrates wearable and nutrition data — including data from WHOOP — to help the Owner track recovery, sleep, training and nutrition. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how we protect it.

In short: the App is used by one person to track their own health. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for advertising or any other purpose. Data is stored on a private, access-controlled server and used only to display your dashboard and generate personal recommendations.

1. Data we access

With your explicit authorization through WHOOP's OAuth login, the App may read the following from your WHOOP account:

The App may also process fitness data from other sources the Owner connects (e.g. Garmin) and nutrition data the Owner enters manually or via Apple Health.

2. How we use the data

The App does not use your data for advertising, profiling for third parties, or automated decisions that produce legal effects.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties. Data is never shared for marketing. We may disclose data only if required by law.

5. Data retention & deletion

Data is retained only while the integration is active. You can revoke the App's access at any time from your WHOOP account settings; after revocation we stop fetching new data. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the address below.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by revoking the integration.

7. Children

The App is for the Owner's personal adult use and is not directed to children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
