These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of JET Health ("the App"), a private, personal health and fitness dashboard operated by an individual ("the Owner") for their own use, which integrates data from third-party services including WHOOP, Garmin and Apple Health.
The App is intended for the Owner's personal, non-commercial use. By using it you confirm you are at least 16 years old and that you own or are authorized to use the connected accounts.
The App accesses data from WHOOP via WHOOP's official API and OAuth authorization, in accordance with WHOOP's applicable terms and developer policies. Your use of WHOOP remains subject to WHOOP's own terms and privacy policy. You may revoke the App's access at any time from your WHOOP account settings.
The App provides general fitness, training and nutrition information for personal informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions or changing training, diet, or supplementation.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its data or recommendations.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
